  • How to order online?
    Once you have chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on “Place in Cart”. The order process has 4 stages: Register by creating your own My TAK account, using your email address and password. You can use this for future orders, to review previous orders, and to save items to your wishlist. Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method. Complete the payment information. Review your order and submit it.

  • I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery in India. Is it possible?
    Yes, shipping within India is free and you can follow the regular steps to place your order.
  • Can it be possible to make custom fitting garment?
    Yes only for few outfits we offer customization in terms of fit, colour etc .
  • What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
    At TA K Label we try our best to protect your personal information, unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. In the event of a breach of the confidentiality or security of your personal information, we will notify you as necessary and to the extent possible so you can take appropriate protective steps.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    Placed order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Can I change the shipping address of the order?
    Yes, you can go to my account to change the shipping address or notify us over the mail for the same, no address can be changed once the order has been dispatched

  • Do you deliver out of India?
    Yes, we deliver in all the major countries. The shipping charges will vary as per your order and location. At the time of your checkout you will know the delivery charges for your international order.
  • What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
    If you are not there when we deliver the merchandise, it will be taken back and you will be notified of the same.
  • What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
    At T A K, we ensure the safety of your order, however in any circumstances if you receive a product in damaged condition mail us with the picture of the order received with your order number and we will guide you with the next steps.
  • What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
    The estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days, incase there is any delay we will inform you of the same
  • What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?
    We ensure that we send you the right product, however in any case you receive a wrong order notify us immediately withy your order number.
