But, every once in a while, we like to give our website a little TLC. During these maintenance periods, some links may be down temporarily or the website may be closed for a short time. Product and colour differences

At T A K, we strive to provide you with the most accurate information possible on our website. However, we're only human, so there may be occasional errors in text, images, or prices. Rest assured, we're working hard to minimize these mistakes. Additionally, please keep in mind that the colors of our products may appear slightly different on your device's screen than in person. These variations are due to the settings on your computer, phone, or tablet, and T A K  Label cannot be held responsible for them. Our products are handcrafted with care, which means that each piece is unique. As a result, there may be slight variations in size. These deviations are usually so subtle that you won't even notice them, but in some cases, the differences may be more pronounced. Regardless, we do our best to ensure that you receive a high-quality product that you'll love.

Orders

Are you ready to take the next step and place your order with TAK? Before you do, make sure to take a moment to read and understand our terms of service. By placing your order on our online store, you're agreeing to our privacy statement and terms. As you shop, have fun making adjustments to your basket by adding or removing products before submitting your order. Once your payment information is recorded and your order is completed, no further changes can be made. But don't worry, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email shortly after your order is registered with us. If for any reason we're unable to process your order, we'll notify you via email.

Payment and pricing

Are you ready to complete your purchase with TAK? All of our prices in the online store include VAT, so you'll know exactly what you're paying for. Before you submit your order, all fees related to it will be clearly outlined during the purchasing and payment process. Keep in mind that shipping and refunds are additional and are your responsibility. As a TAK guest, you have the flexibility to pay with most debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email so you know it's on the way.

Time of delivery

At T A K, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, eco-friendly clothing and excellent customer service. Each piece of clothing is carefully embroidered to order, ensuring that your purchase is as unique as you are. Our delivery times may vary depending on the availability of materials and capacity. As part of this commitment, we have a shipping policy that ensures you receive your order within 15 business days.

Here's how it works:

  • All orders are processed within 8-14 business days of receiving payment.

  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via standard shipping and should arrive within 2-3 business days.

  • Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the delay and provide an estimated delivery date.

​We understand that getting your order to you as quickly as possible is important, so we make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Return

Are you thinking about returning your TAK purchase? You have the right to return your item within 2 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused and in the same condition you received it in. This means the item hasn't been cleaned or used, and it still has its original tags and packaging.  Act fast, because if you wait longer than 2 days to return your order, we'll be unable to issue a refund and the item will be sent back to you. Also, if you have used a special/personalised promocode, the return policy does not apply. But don't worry, as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped from TAK, you'll receive a full refund of the amount you paid for it. And as soon as we receive and register the returned item, the money will be refunded directly to your account in 2 to 4 business days.  So, if you change your mind, don't hesitate to return your purchase to TAK.
 

Customized items

At TAK, we specialize in creating one-of-a-kind, custom-made items that are tailored to your unique tastes and preferences. Whether you're looking for a made-to-measure shirt, a t-shirt with custom embroidery, or a face mask or bag with personalized detailing, we've got you covered. However, please note that as these items are created specifically for you, there is no option for return or exchange. But, if you received a damaged or malfunctioning item, we will be happy to help you with that. When placing an order for a custom-made item, it's important to provide us with all the information about the desired motif. You can send us a concept, sketch, precise directions, a picture or text, and so on, and we'll get to work creating your perfect piece. Once we receive your information, we'll begin the design process, and your completed product will be delivered within 7-14 working days, unless otherwise indicated. If for any reason the delivery time exceeds 14 days after the motif has been confirmed by TAK, you have the right to cancel your order. Please don't hesitate to contact us at theaainakhan@gmail.com if you have any questions about returns or exchanges. And be assured that you will be fully satisfied with the end results of our design and craftsmanship.

Terms of embroidery design

At TAK , we pride ourselves on creating unique and one-of-a-kind designs for our clients. However, it's important to note that any designs we create for you are the exclusive property of TAK and cannot be replicated without our express permission.

We specialize in custom embroidery and take great care in bringing your vision to life. But, it's important to remember that if you wish to use copyrighted, trademarked, or protected material for your embroidery, it is your responsibility to seek permission from the appropriate parties. Our designs are not only limited to your products, but they also showcase our creativity and skill. That's why we may use custom embroidery created by TAK in our social media channels, website, or other marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your embroidery or product shared publicly, please let us know by contacting us at theaainakhan@gmail.com. So, whether you're looking to add a personal touch to your wardrobe or want to create a one-of-a-kind gift, TAK has you covered.

Payment

Get ready to complete your transaction with ease! Our payment solution of choice is RazorPay, which securely reserves the order amount on your card as soon as your order is submitted and accepted. But if you change your mind, don't worry!
